Our application has both the Ethiopian calendar (Ge ez calendar) and Western calendar side by side; both in English and in Amharic (please see the screenshot below). Our application also allows users to add events and set alert on their calendar. This application is designed to be user friendly and can be used by anyone who would like to have the calendar that was also used by RasTeferi. To make it user friendly, the application is designed with a help section that lists out the amharic (Ethiopian) numbers and months and translates them into English.
